Study and carry out research and surveys on important sectoral issues including new technology, technological disruptions, etc. in the Telecom and Broadcasting sectors and their impact on overall economy and society.
Publish the outcome of these studies/ research/surveys as expedient. Use such studies and reports in-house for policy recommendations and regulations.
Empower the stakeholders and different Ministries/Departments with regards to digital literacy and adoption of new technologies in the Telecom and Broadcasting sectors.
Collaborate with NITI Aayog, other Indian and International regulators, ITU and other international telecom organizations, departments and ministries of the Government of India, State Governments, Local self-governments, agencies and other organizations in India and abroad such as technology and management institutes, training institutes and centers, Standard Developing Organizations, etc.
Enable relevant discourse through conferences, seminars, workshops, and training programs.
